Our adjustable rate for our current home will soon to end early next year. So hubby and I are starting to shop online for mortgage quotes that can replace our current rate before the adjustable rate kicks in. I know that this the best time to refinance or shop for a new mortgage loan because of the Interest rate that is really low.
